Overview
The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid at Penn GSE is seeking a dedicated Admissions Ambassador to support daily operations and prospective student engagement. This position is exclusively available to full-time master’s students at Penn GSE and is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in admissions, student services, and event coordination while contributing to the success of prospective and current students at Penn GSE.

Required Duties
- Front Desk Coverage: Serve as the first point of contact by responding to emails, answering phone inquiries, and assisting walk-in visitors.
- Develop in-house expertise in admissions and financial aid policies at Penn GSE.
- Event Assistance: Support admissions events by coordinating logistics and assisting Admissions Student Assistants (ASAs).
- General Administrative Support: Provide additional support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualification and Essential Skills
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage professionally with prospective students, staff, and visitors via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing a welcoming and supportive experience for all inquiries and guests.
- Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Capable of managing front desk responsibilities while assisting with event coordination and other tasks.
- Attention to Detail and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain accuracy in administrative duties.
