Site Information
As part of Student Registration and Financial Services (SRFS), the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) supports students and departments during registration, reserves classrooms for courses and academic events, schedules final exams, records and reports enrollment and final grades, issues transcripts, and verifies enrollment and degrees.
The Office of the University Registrar’s normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Required Duties
Job Description
The graduate assistant shall perform various administrative duties in support of the OUR and will work collaboratively with assigned staff across the department on multiple projects. This position works primarily:
- Works on tasks related to academic services, including data collection and entry.
- Manages centralized workflows implemented through BP Logix, including but not limited to student data updates.
- Supports the design and implementation of ongoing process improvement for both internal and forward-facing process, procedure, and documentation.
- Assigns or respond to inquiries in platforms such as Salesforce, Teams, and Outlook from students and external constituents to explain specialized matters and enforce policies. Manage escalated requests involving more in-depth research and resolve issues in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.
This position deals with highly sensitive student information. As such, discretion and professionalism are essential to this position. The graduate assistant will be required to complete FERPA training and sign confidentiality forms in order to access student records.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Knowledge and understanding of university policy and federal laws regarding privacy of student information and educational records
- Experience in higher education, especially working in a student information system a plus
