As part of Student Registration and Financial Services (SRFS), Change Management & Training supports the functional offices in developing and deploying communications, website content management, facilitating interactions with stakeholders, CRM administration, and training program development.
SRFS’s normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Job Description
The graduate assistant shall perform various administrative duties in support of SRFS change management and training efforts. They will work collaboratively with assigned staff across multiple departments on multiple projects. This position deals with a variety of stakeholders ranging from students to executive leadership. As such, discretion and professionalism are essential to this position.

Required Duties
This position works primarily on tasks related to preparing materials for advisory and working group meetings, drafting communications, updating website content, providing administrative CRM (Salesforce) support, and developing training documents and sessions. Additional tasks related to other change management needs may be assigned on an as needed basis. The graduate assistant will be required to complete FERPA training and sign confidentiality forms.

- Strong interest in working in change management, communications, and training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, faculty and students without a high level of supervision
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communications skills
- Demonstrates professionalism and cultural competence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Experience in higher education and CRM administration, a plus
